i actually train at aka. shamrock used to train at aka as well and he held his own submission fighting classes out of aka. i havent been to his new school, but i remember he was absent a lot and had other people teach his class when he was gone.

as for aka, its an outstanding mma gym that has some of the best mma fighters out there currently and our bjj program is run by awesome judo and jiu jitsu blackbelt david camarillo. i looked around and visited many schools before i decideded that aka was the best in the area. you can train in multiple disciplines at aka. they offer judo, jiu jitsu, muay thai, boxing, and mma. its well worth your time and money. ive been training their for two years now and cant say enough about it. come in and check it out for yourself. they even let you try a few classes for free if you want. i havent been to shamrocks school, but check that one out too, get the prices, and then decide.
