Paul Vunak - A former student of Dan Inosanto who is a Senior Full Instructor of Jeet Kune Doand he teaches his version of Jeet Kune Do under the name of Progressive Fighting Systems. 4. ![]() | Just need to mention my background. I am at Gracie Barra, however I have also learned a few tricks basic techniques and concepts from Greco Roman, Judo and HapKiDo. My other favorite art is Boxing. I like to spar with ANY STYLE, since I believe it will get me out of the dreaded comfort zone. Before Gracie Barra, I was at a grappling school, so I began my training with leglocks, toe holds and neckcranks as valid means of submission. While my primary defense systems are BJJ and Boxing, I believe that I should go ahead and buy some videos to fill in the gaps and practice concepts applicable for the street and self defense, because Gracie Barra is ALL SPORT, and that just doesn´t cut the mustard !!!
