actually, your supposed to wear gloves till your hands are conditioned enough to hit the bag without them. you arent supposed to jump right in. it takes years and years of hard training and bagwork to be able to hit bags without gloves like its nothing. if you want to continue training in the longterm future, i recommend you protect your hands properly.

exactly., youre supposed to wrap your wrists and use at the very least some kind of boxing glove. Dont use the speed bag gloves with the weight in the middle, though u can hit pretty hard with those on

ya.. thats what im gonna do
this is hurting way too much and it keeps ripping of more skin the more i punch
learned my lesson

what can i do now to be able to punch?
this looks like its gonna take at least a week to heal if not more
but i want to start punching again as soon as possible
what can i do so i can punch again b4 it heals.. i tried rapping it and wearing gloves but it still hurts
