First of all, there's no excuse for all these retarded melon-head islander surfer bums to think they own the beach just because they practically live on it and got no life but surfing and they expect "respect" cause they're "locals". Come to think of it, there's a lot of other surfing beaches where this sorta "turf" crap goes on. This sorta xenophobic prejudice has been going on for a loooong time but last time I checked, from high water line on out it's public property.

Secondly, if the dufus tourist was asked to move out and chose not to, you sic the cops or lifeguards on him or just live with him being there. Even if he's wrong, attacking somebody like that can get ya in jail or even killed.

Thirdly, taking somebody's property like that and breaking it is strong-arm robbery - again, criminal charges.

Personally, if something like that happened to me, I'd get outta there as quickly and quietly as possible and retaliate later. Oh yesss, later. I'd make a public example of what can happen when you attack a stranger.
