I also run my kickboxing circuit, which is a amateur kickboxing matches that are point tournament, 3 - 2 minute rounds of continuous sparring. If your night quite ready for the MMA or Full contact kickboxing, the WRKF point tournaments will be a good warm up befor you go into a full contact sport.
