One thing I picked up when I've had the chance to train with Jeff was that he has an AWESOME bottom game. Seriously! Nobody EVER talks about his bottom game . . . probably because he hardly ever has to use it. He doesn't work the subs that well from the bottom . . . or I should say that it isn't his objective to work subs from the bottom . . . but he'll sweep you or escape and re-attack faster than greased pig sh*t. He's incredibly modile off of his back and if he somehow ends up there (it could happen) then he won't stay there for long.

He really likes to work a ton off his back game out of open guard with a single butterfly hook. From it he'll extend and hit the technical standup, swing into half guard or X-Guard and suddenly you find yourself up in the air, trying to grab onto anything to keep him from finishing the sweep. The guy is a magician on the ground and has to be considered one of the best technical grapplers anywhere.

Do you have a manuel for how to be a douchebag?

BTW Monson is an Athiest. Does Christ strengthen him?
Bodybuilders are lame in MMA. Agreed. But AA never has even resembled one, and his loss was due to him trying to stand with a guy who was 4 inches taller and 20 pounds bigger(he had something to prove or w.e.) when in reality his true strength is his ground game. Try to make sense when you post.

Monson has practical strength. He's one of the few with a muscle tone to that degree who has maintained practicality. If it works it works. Maybe you are one of the 98 pound weeklings? I mean if you think AA looks like a bodybuilder you might want to check your bias'.

I didn't pretend to be misunderstood. You're simply a dumbass for calling me sassy. It's a stupid comment for you to make. Why would I grace that with a response? If there is a manuel for being a douchebag I sure as hell don't know anything about it, THOUGH, I'm sure you could enlighten me.

BTW everyone knows Monson is an Atheist. Christ does strengthen him indeed. Even if he doesn't believe it. C'mon... I know you can make better attempts at humor than that!

Here's my picks for the two title fights tonight:

    What i want to happen:

    GSP by TKO

    Monson by submission

    What i think will happen:

    Hughes by TKO or decision

    Sylvia by KO/TKO

yeah i really think monson will win it with a sub. frank mir got sylvia with an arm bar and i still think sylvia has very poor subs and defenses. 3/4 of his training was probably stand up. you cant really prepare your self for a guy like monson who competes in grappling tournaments all the time and has much more experience on the ground.
i think sylvia will have a hard time knocking monson out becuase he is so compact like a ninja turtle. i see him parrying the jabs and going for take downs. he will use his hulk smash and then submit sylvia.
prepare for the worst, for the worst is yet to come.

That Slyvia that was tapped by Mir was a long time ago, TIm has much improved his ground game since then, though no challenge for The Snowman to beat him though. The Snowman MIGHT get stupic and stand with Tim, in which case, the fight will be over in the first round, Silvia by KO. IF Snowman gets him down (and is able to hold him down) then we'll see a RNC. I just have a feeling the snowman is going to get stupid with his ego and think he can punch with Tim, and get KTFO. though I want snowman to win it by a sub

Agree with the predictions, although I think Monson's a nutjob.

I really do hope GSP wins though...he has the all tools you need to beat Hughes but can he put it all together?

Absolutely awesome performance by Tim. My respect has grown 10,000% for the man as a fighter.

Even though Monson lost, I hope we continue to see him in the UFC !

His strength did not seem to help him much.

I will gladly enlighten you. You were mistaken about Monson. He not only lost he never mounted any effective attack or defense. He was lame, lame, lame. Perhaps you could explain why his exceptional strength and technique did not work. By the way you are a douche bag and your comeback was lame.

If you ability to critique Monson as a fighter is any indication I would say not following you advice is the wisest course.
