Fist Butterbean

Butterbean said that he is really trying to improve his ground skills. He is becoming a better fighter. I just enjoy watching his fights. I think he can be a really good fighter if trained properly. He already has punching power and even throws in elbows and knees now and then.

Go Bean!

Looks like he keeps getting smarter and smarter in the ring. Hits like a frikkin mack truck too! That jab almost knocked Sudo off his feet (Sudo won by heel hook later through). Footwork while hitting the bag looked good for a guy his size.

Would love to see Bean vs. Tank!

Age is becoming less a factor than it used to be in the sports world.

Foreman came back at 45 to win the Heavyweight title. Since then other boxers have followed suit and are making comebacks. Some never had to retire!

Nolan Ryan pitched well into his 40's. Micheal Jordan - same thing.

Bean is 350-something. Sudo is about 150 (dripping wet).

That's a text-book example of the ankle pic in the 1st round.

Wow, I can't believe not one of you has mention his fight against Sean O'haire last weekend at Real Deal. O'haire has barely any fighting experiance and didnt weigh nearly as much as him. Eric TKO'd O'haire pretty quickly, 30 seconds i think. Eric was supposed to fight MARK HUNT who couldnt get into the U.S. cause of visa pass thingy majig problems. And Eric "butterbean" Esch would get KO'd by Mark Hunt without a doubt. Oh, and why would Butterbean throw an elbow? He fights in Pride Fc you noob.

Maybe. Fight results are never linear, especially when you mix and match.

Mighty Mo, toughman and top ranked amateur, has crushed HW K-1 kickboxers, but got KTFO by a 170-lb muaythai fighter.

Ok.. That doesnt change the fact that Eric would get KTFO by Hunt.
