I believe James Warring kickboxing opponent was named Jerome Turcot. He was listed as a Muay Thais specialist from France, if I rememebr correctly. He had something like 30+ wins and only a few defeats.
I was really looking forward to that fight but it was over really, really quick. I still remember seeing the slow mo of the punch Warring landed, which was just a glancing shot to the back of Jerome's head. It never looked powerful enough to KO him since it barely glanced him, and that's an overstatement. I was disappointed in that fight. MEB Boy |

James Warring's first fight in that WCC was against a savate fighter named Jerome Turcan, who was much smaller. Warring punched him squarely on the top of the head and Turcan went out. Then Warring beat Paulson to a pulp because Paulson didn't think to cut his long hair ahead of time.
