opened up a cut on my forehead training takedowns friday night, so got to visit the emergency room in nyc on a weekend night (not to be missed) for 5 stitches.
been training mostly guard passes w/ guys i trust not to get excited and smack the bandage since then. i get the stitches out tomorrow, but dr. making noises abt how easy it is to re-open a cut. i have a gi competition in 6 weeks, and need to train. anyone have experience w/ cuts, suggestions how to protect the area, likelihood of re-opening. |
