Those guys were good, especially the ones over 200 lbs, they were just as fast as smaller guys. They were definitely doing freestyle though, just without shoes and a mat. Too bad we didnt get to see their 90 pounders go at it.

The guys had serious skill and devotion.

very cool, i love all those stories of great grapplers that begin with some variation of "i was very small and frail as a child"
"When the enemy comes, welcome him. When he goes, send him on his way."

So the real message here is that in a SD situation you should always take off your trousers...

True, they are becoming masters of their body's and their minds at the same time.

It makes me wonder , how would guys like these do in real competitions like say the UFC. I mean they clearly have great skills, awesome devotion, utter faith..

Their boxing may need work, but I think they would do well

    Good stuff.

    Thanks for the post.

    High level of skill.

I found the vegetarian diet interesting. I wonder if it contributes to softness all the athletes had.

These wrestlers are good. They are just as strong, devoted and technically sound as American wrestlers. If anything, their asceticism might make them harder to beat.
