Kid Yamamoto injured in wrestling match today

He messed up his arm in the semi finals, for the Emperor's Cup.
The winner of the tournament gets to represent Japan in the olympics for the 132-pound Freestyle division.
The guy who beat Kid actually lost in the finals.

His arm bent against the mat when he got armspinned. Kid was an asshole to some of his opponents in k-1 when he would keep hitting them after the ref stopped the fight. He also hit the ring doctor when he told one of his teammates he wasnt allowed to continue the fight or something. That incident(i dont know the exact details) got him and his team, KILLERBEE, suspended from Shooto(and all mma) competition. Recently, they were allowed to compete again though.

Wrestling is going fine, regionals are coming up in a couple weeks. My goal is to qualify for states. My record is like 28-15 so far, ive wrestled every single match i possibly could. Some of the matches that i lost, i felt i could have won too. Our practices have actually gotten much easier in the past 2 weeks but i dont mind.
I have dvd copies of about half of my matches this year, and when i find a way to upload them to my computer and edit it, ill put it on Youtube or something. I got alot of nasty double legs and throws in my matches too!

Nice. Just go to yahoo and type in Magic Dvd Ripper. Then download that program. It lets you rip a dvd into your computer, from there you can just upload it on youtube or something. Best of luck in states, I was one of the ones who made it to regionals my last year wrestling and got raped with 4 state placers in my weight class.

Im converting the first dvd right now, its gonna take a little over an hour. After its converted, do you know if i can edit out the boring parts and make like a highlight reel with music?

Yo, I still don't think he was hurt. I've been on a mat enough to see falls just like that. I've also seen plenty of guys fake injuries AFTER the fact to try and justify the loss.

Can't wait to see them man. What weight do you wrestle again? Also what state do you wrestle in?

Dude, post doubles. What I mean by that is post whole matches, then a highlight reel. There is no such thing as a "boring part" if it's wrestling!

I'm gonna start freestyle comp. soon and hopefully some collegiate wrestling soon also. I want to be a more accomplished wrestler before I get into MMA.

I screwed myself by only starting as a junior in high school(now a freshman in college). That definitly ranks amongst my top 10 regrets in life lol.

What grade are you in triangle, and how long have you wrestled?
