Default cardio for bjj

hey all

has anyone here ever worn a heart monitor whilst rolling?

if so what were the results like? i'm trying to determine what energy system is predomiant in bjj grappling. personally i think its more likely to be the anaerobic system rather than aerobic. also plenty of muscular strength endurance.

might be an idea to check heart rate at 1 minute intervals over a 10 min roll.

idea, comments?
