Training places
Are there any good places to train in Philadelphia? I want to learn both grappling and stand up for self defense. I have seen 2 places on the internet.
1) Jeff Jones Tri state martial art (jkd and grappling) 2) Brad Daddis (mma philly thai and bjj) Has anyone trained at either of these places? I wanted to learn grappling combined with the striking. I like the way Randy Couture wrestles and want to know if any place teaches that stand up clinch/strinking and bjj. I dont know alot about martial arts and maybe 6 months ago discovered the Ufc. What should i look for? Any help would be grateful |
