Does anyone know anything about Rickson Gracie fighting a Mexican Giant?

Someone was telling me about how Rickson had a challenge match with some huge guy in mexico.Is there any truth to it?

From what I was told it sounded like a plot out of a movie or something.

If it did in fact happen is it on a video somewhere?Maybe one of the gracie in action videos?

There is some interview where he talks about this being his longest fight against some huge mexican guy and that he got him by triangle choke after a couple hours. Supposedly the guy was like 360 lbs.
