![]() | In my experience you should find an instructor you like and feel comfortable with. Of the arts I currently study I believe as follows: Muay Thai is great for power and an aggressive style. (I have about 2 years of training) TaeKwonDo is great for speed and flexibility. The kicks are far more powerful, at least in the Olympic style I study, than many give credit. (I have about five years experience and I'm a second degree black belt). Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is great for the ground game, not what your looking for, but it gives an entirely different perspective on the fight game. (I have about 8 months experience) Hopefully this helps you in some way. Based on your desire I'd check into Muay Thai but don't be afraid to check out any style. |
