in the rules it says a groin protector must be worn. do thye check for this? i hate wearing a cup when grappling. also it says that you cant tape your hands wrists or feet. if i have a cut on my wrist and i put tape around the bandage to hold it on would that be acceptable? im assuming the rule is just against using them as support

im pretty sure the rules say anyone competing in a no-gi division must wear a cup although i could of misread, couldn't tell you if they check
-i think it would seem acceptable if u put some tape on your 'wrists' just to hold a bandage down

In the one Naga I went to they say that a cup is mandatory but they won't check for it.
