It is that time again!
The
TRI-STATE GROUND CONTROL CLASSIC
is back!

April 8th, 2001 in NORTH BERGEN, NJ.

This is an all no-gi tournament, modified Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu rules (heel-hooks, leg-locks, kneebars allowed).

Weight Divisions/Experience Divisions PLUS and ABSOULUTE DIVISION!

DIVISIONS:
- Beginner (up to 1 year)/ 5 minutes
- Intermediate (1 to 3 years)/6 minutes
- Advanced (3 years and up)/7 minutes
- Women’s Division (Beg/Adv)/5 minutes
- Children's Division by weight

Weight Classes
- up to 150 (lightweight)
- 151 to 170 (light middleweight)
- 171 to 185 (middleweight)
- 186 to 205 (light heavyweight)
- 206+ (heavyweight)

Transporation to the
NORTH BERGEN RECREATION CENTER
from NYC is pretty easy.

One bus from Port Authority, 42nd street that goes along JKF Blvd right out of the Lincoln Tunnel.
By bus it's like a 20-25min ride.
By car, even quicker.
