Erik Paulson (www.ErikPaulson.com) will be teaching at Mousel's Mixed Martial Arts Academy this weekend (Sep. 14 & 15).

Saturday - 2:00 -6:00 PM and Sunday from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM.

There is only ONE spot left as only TEN participants are allowed to attend. I'm keeping it small so Erik can spend more time with each person and get through more training drills and material.

He's a great trainer and is definitely worth training with.
