In a FCF interview, it is reported that Renzo has weighed into Pride at 174 pounds. Renzo had bulked up to 190 pounds, but has been training so hard he lost all the extra weight.

Henderson will apparently have a 25 pound weight advantage. This is not an insignificant. Look for the G& P Henderson decision.

Thumbs up Renzo Gracie is a true warrior

Rickson may be the best Jiu Jitsu man of his family, but Renzo is the greatest warrior. He's a true fighter with lots of heart and an uncompromising warrior's spirit...and great pride in himself and his family. I respect the hell out of him. I have a feeling he will go into this fight much stronger than when we last saw him.

From everything that I've read and heard about Renzo (especially from those who have rolled with him), he's got to be one of the most likeable MMA warriors out there.

I want him to win bad. Go Renzo!
