Thanks Dick for posting those links. Thought both fights were good... Franklin was actually looking ok... then after that first knock down he looked really tired and scared.

I am sooo glad that Franklin got worked. It was such an underhanded thing to do to petition Dana White for the right to challenge for the title in front of a 'home crowd' and even worse that White allowed the event. Traditionally, one earns the right to defend in front of a 'home crowd' by winning the championship. Real champions (e.g. Anderson Silva) walk into someone's home-turf and beat the snot of them in front of their fans.

They've just created the funniest thread there I've ever seen, the one where they discuss what Silva whispered in Franklins ear when they entered their final clinch. It's the funniest thing.
