One more high recommendation for Erik Paulson and CSW. I've been lucky to train with a lot of the greats and I easily put Erik as one of the best MMA trainers. Train with him at least once to see why everyone is giving him such high praise.

no. not probably. the phrase you are looking for is "i'll DEFINITELY be attending his seminar this weekend actually".

you will love it. he is a tremendous manager of time. he packs each moment with information in a way that makes it useful even to lower level people. he keeps everything moving... no wasted time at all. he can also answer an question you could possibly have. his knowledge and technique AND teaching ability are really, truly, nothing short of astounding.

really. go. GO!!!! not probably. GO SEE HIM!!!
