Like I said on the other post, I used to train there and Sensei (or Professor as the Brazilians use the title) Marcus Vinicius is a good teacher and does vary the training so, there isn't a routine all the time.
First, you can e-mail him and ask, then when you are in the area, bring a Gi, or if you don't have one borrow one there and train for the free intro class.
Since you are going to a new school, you are going to have certain expectations, ask questions.
I believe that so many new students make the mistake of just going to class but don't talk to the instructor about their goals, concerns and expectations about what they want out of their training.
Your expectations and philosophy should match the instructor's.
I stopped by to visit with Sensei Vinicius and he was very proud, this past Sunday, he promoted 20 white belts to blue and 3 to purple.
The school has come a long way.
