What kind of motorcycle do you have?

Hi Biker.

I ride the Ultimate Hooligan Bike, ...the Kawasaki KLR 650!

It's the bike the United States Marine Corp rides.

It's a great Hooligan bike because it's tough as nails, stone ax reliable, has a 7.5gal tank for a range of 290 miles. You can pull wheelies with a flick of the wrist, jump curbs to get the best parking spots, and best of all, you never have to wash it!

Check out these guys who rode their KLR's all the way from LA to Tierra del Fuego!

Yeah,KLRs are bad ass.I was gonna get a dual sport but decided to go with a Kawasaki zx9r.I grew up racing moto cross and I already have a Yamaha Yz-250 for off road so I just bought a Zx9r.

Aw man, I am seriously considering getting a Bandit.

Those things run like a scalded cat!

I test drove a 99 last week. Very stable. I was tooling along at 70mph and it was running at about 3800-4000 rpm. Nice.

So, I wound her up to about 8K rpm, dropped into 3rd, and dumped the clutch.

YES SIR! 4 seconds and 2 gears later I was going 115 mph and the damn thing was STILL trying to claw its way out from under me. I hear they'll do 145 but I didn't have the cahones to try it.

The only downsides are that I want water-cooling and a shaft drive which the Bandit doesn't have. I'm also looking at the Honda ST1100. I rode a Kawasaki Concours but it was a total fat pig. Very top heavy.

Don't mind Klif.

He's still just a prospect with the Blue Knights.

Since he's still prospecting, we should all feel free to abuse him with impunity.

This is what runs through Klif's head every time scrapes together enough spare change to purchase a new chrome doohicky for his bike....

nice pic though. too bad you never see chicks like that on Harleys in the real world.......
