Here's why you keep your hands up!!
This guy actually DID keep his hands up, for all the damned good it did: (Call this evidence that turtling up and hiding behind a "crazy monkey" style defense is not always a good idea all by itself)
Title this one: There's Not Much To Boxing, Right? I Mean, How Hard Could It Be?
Several examples of strikers knocking the soup out of grapplers, plus more evidence that the crazy monkey all by itself may not be a great idea:

In one of those clips, it looks like the guy is doing a WWE style clothes-line. In another, the guy swings his arms around like a madman whose never boxed.
