Check out the link, post your thoughts. FYI, I've never seen it but the training methods sound like traditional Chinese external basics. Does the system sound workable?

I found out that groundfighting is part of many Kung-fu styles; you'd be surprised how many of their techniques are similar to bjj. They have the mount, knee on chest (called "single butterfly stance"), open & closed guard, leglocks etc.
They sure have some cool technique I haven't seen in bjj, for example standing/squatting hip screw lock..... Anyone here doing this???? You can check http://www.geocities.com/Colosseum/4098/ground.html if you are interested. MC |
