Sweet. It's nice to have a written complement to the functional half guard video. I was nodding my head reading through the list but it's much more efficient if I need to remember something that watching the video through again.

for some reason my half guard is strong. usually i grab a hold of someones wrist or sleeve and pull it across their face while scooting my hips out from under them, and either take their back or feed their wrist/sleeve to my other hand so i will have control of one of their arms while its wrapped across their body/face. from there you can escape or attack.
