The pictures all look like Judo techniques and I notice the Japanese flag also. Anyway sounds like a excellent seminar. How much does he charge? Does he ever make it to the east coast? Thanks in advance.

Gracie Jiu-Jitsu has lots of self-defense in it thats what you see in the pics. And the flags represent where he has affiliates teaching. The seminars are around $80 check with the hosts. He usually comes to the US from Brazil every 6 months or so, has done lots of seminars in the Wash. Dc area and Florida as far as East Coast goes

Hardball...have you checked out Capital Jiujitsu? Good ground school, and a Royce Gracie affiliate. I met their chief instructor (not sure of rank) at the fights that I wrote those reviews for, and he seems to be a really easy-going, knowledgable coach. Worth the drive...

I'm not looking for a BJJ class, just a few seminars. Any suggestions on seminars would be greatly appreciated.

They do private lessons there, I think. It might be worth it to go and get a couple one-on-one lessons instead of wading through the showcase at a seminar. Just a thought. Likely wouldn't cost any more either.

That's an option. Probably about $150 per hour.
