Where was the BJJ?
"In all countries where personal freedom is valued, however much each individual may rely on legal redress, the right of each to carry arms - and these the best and the sharpest - for his own protection in case of extremity, is a right of nature indelible and irrepressible, and the more it is sought to be repressed the more it will recur."

oh, well casual observers just have a hard time understanding whats really going on, thats all.
well thats hella true, before i started gjj all i saw was people wrestling around on the ground and usualy one dude getting pounded, now i see alot more and understand alot more. t
There's no way of telling if he was a BJJ practitioner really, but..........
his takedown was very noobish (so he wasnt a wrestler or he only did wrestling for a short amount of time), his hip position in side mount looked very Jiu Jitsu though.
with the take down it looked more like he grabbed the guys head, pulled down and hoped for the best
i've seen a high school wrestler take down, control, mounted and pounded someone guy in a fight way before UFC 2. Japanese Jujutsu have taught this mounted position and ground fighting for centuries.
I suppose when he had him full mount..........
Looks like they've been watching too much of the "ultimate fighter"...
Phui...
