Pride 11 - Why did Renzo stop?

Sorry if this is old but I finally saw Pride11 last night.
When Sak gets Renzo in the armlock why do they stop the fight? Did Renzo tap or did the ref stop the fight?

The anouncers said Renzo's arm was broken. But these were the same idiot's who said "blew his wad" 50 times throughout the tournament. They also said Igan took a "VIRTUAL" beating from Vov, even though I could swear it was an "ACTUAL" beating!
