We at Titan Fitness are proud to be bringing the great Erik Paulson back to Central Pennsylvania. Erik is the founder of Combat Submission Wrestling, former two-time shootwrestling light heavyweight champion of the world, and a true mixed martial arts pioneer. He brings his highly educational and entertaining seminar back to State College, PA for the second time in less than a year.
