| Once a week you should hook up with Dave Ruiz and his team @ the Colorado Brazilian Jiu-jitsu Academy. Dave's a Brown Belt under Rgan Machado, the Jiu-jitsu instructor to UFC vet Brad Gumm, and a Pan-American 2001 champ. One bonus that I think there is by training @ our school is that every 10 days or so Dave flies out the California for a few days to train, and that keeps us "up to date" with some of the guys out their. |
