I got screwed over by Olav Roda

This guy named Olav Roda from Europe orders my pin escape video set. I am about to mail out his order, but then I realize that the credit card number he gave me is not correct. However, since he has ordered from me in the past, I go ahead and mail out his videos believing that, as a repeat customer, he will fix the problem. As many of you know, I always try to get my videos out to my customers as fast as possible. Well, he e-mails me another card number that doesn't work either. I tell him that his videos were already sent out so I want to take care of this problem as soon as possible. As soon as he finds out that his videos are on the way, I never hear back from him again.

I guess it doesn't pay to be a nice guy and do people favors. I hope Olav Roda is enjoying his free videos.

you should send him another free "complimentary" video for being a long time customer. but cram a bunch of peanut butter inside the cassette so that when he plays the tape it fu c ks up his vcr!
