I have no idea what size gi i wear. I want to buy a bjj gi. Maybe a ouano. But i look at the size chart and i don't fit in any of the descriptions.
I'm 6'6'' tall. But I only wiegh 190 pounds. I'm afraid if i get the biggest size it would be long enough, but it would be too baggy. What size should I buy? |

Depending on the maker of the gi, I'd reccommend a size 6 or 7. If it's incredibly baggy, wash it several times in hot water, and it'll tighten up. Also, if it's your first gi, don't go out and spend hundreds of bucks on the Krugan type kimonos. Buy a hayashi from Tiger Claw. They go about $40, and they work out well. I am 6'4", 220lbs, and I wear a size 6 by them. The sleeves are cut to mid forearm, and the length hits roughly where the pockets on a pair of blue jeans ends. Anyone taller than me ordering from them should go with a size 7.
Hope that helps. Mike

Can you list the website? List all the websites you can. I don't think i can buy a ouano becuase they are always sold out. I think they have been sold out for a year. They never have more than 3 gi's in stock. It's rediculous. They need to stock up.
Yeah. This is my first time with a BJJ gi. I've been wearing a canvas TKD gi and the lapel is so thin that you get choked out very easily. |

I'd guess your size in Atama would be A-5 or A-6, and they're the best Gis. So you should get a single weave, as its cheaper unless you don't care and want to get a double. The double weave is probably the best Gi you can buy
