I didn't get to see this latest UFC but I have read all the stuff on Maxfighting and other sites about the title fight.
I wanted to ask y'alls opinion about that one. Does anyone think Couture rightfully won the fight? I haven't been able to see it yet but it seems to me that the decision was just since Rizzo did not convincingly defeat the current champ. That's something I've always had against boxing. I always thought the burden was on the challenger to convincingly defeat the champ. The write-ups didn't make it sound like like that happened. Any opinions?

Pedro won, it was just a real shitty decision. There was quite a few points in the fight when Randy would shoot, miss by a mile and turtle up looking hopeless. This was the worst I've ever seen Randy, as he was quite beaten up. Randy did nothing to Pedro after the 1st round while Pedro was slowly beating him up rounds 3-5 not to mention a 2nd round that was just as strong as Randy's. The only reason people give Randy two of the rounds instead of one is because in one of the rounds Randy got side control on Pedro.
Get the tape from someone and be the judge for yourself
