Now that I got your attention, along with all the other Curious George's here...........:P
I was sitting at a restaurant tonight and for some strange reason, I thought of you. HA! now that is weird, but not really. My wife and I decided to go try out a new restaurant in the neighborhood. I heard that one of my childhood friends bought an existing Japanese restaurant and took it over. It was lousy before and she did a good job. I had yosenabe and sashimi and a tall Asahi. Food was great. Oh well......... |

I hurt my back when I bent over at the sink to wash my hands. I realized this must be what old age feels like.

Sweep,
The dentists here just suck. That's all there is too it. Besides that, unlike the US, people here aren't willing to pay the high cost for cosmetic dentistry like braces. BTW, your diagnosis is definitely wrong. I stretch a lot and am very limber and naturally flexible.

E1, It's very plausible that your injury stemmed from having weak back muscles, and/or a previous injury that was aggravated when you bent over. Ie you picked up something with poor posture, or applied torque to your back in a manner (could've been while rolling) that injured it.

Ober,
I remembered that I hurt my back training in Brazil. I didn't think too much of it and it seemed to have gotten better. But I guess it wasn't 100%. I really should do some strength training but I'm lazy and think lifting is about as much fun as waiting in line at the DMV. |

Sometimes a bad back may stem from weak stomach muscles also......
Hey E, since you've been on a booze binge, does the belly stick out so much that you can't see your feet anymore? HA! |
