THIRD SPACE SETS THE WHEELS IN MOTION

The new Third Space gym in Picadilly, London is currently putting new members through their induction courses. This £15,000,000 state of the art complex features the exclusive'Choke Zone' martial arts dojo (Sponsored by ourselves) that will be home to Mauricao and Gracie Barra London. The Choke Zone will be opening to the public on the 23rd of May.

The main Third Space features are:
Massive Climbing wall, Swimming pool, Live DJ's, Boxing ring with sparring classes, Personal training, holistic treatments and Eastern medicine, Choke Zone martial arts dojo - Brazilian jiu jitsu, Wing Chun and Karate, Dedicated Pilates studio, Resistance equipment and free weights,General practitioner and complimentary medicine, workout studios, Tai chi,Yoga, Spinning zone, Nutritionist and weight management, Cardiovascular training area, military circuits, Chill out zone, Aerobics to gospel music,Therapeutic massages, Oxygen reduced training chamber, Meditation, Hydrotherapy spa baths, Steam room and saunas, Stress management, Health library, Organic store, Juice bar and deli. The list goes on and on........

Being in such plush surroundings, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu will be brought to a totally new audience. With a bit of luck this will help kick start something really special. At present there are talks about the possibility of a no gi class too. In turn this will help MMA tap into a new vein, which will only help spread the word in a positive way.

*When Renzo Gracie comes over to conduct his 2 x seminars with us, he will be using his spare time to help promote the Choke Zone and Gracie Barra London, by holding exclusive private sessions there. The interest has been massive so far.
Another very special feature of the Choke Zone dojo is that full video camera facilities are built in to the walls for filming private sessions with Mauricao or Renzo.

It's all shaping up nicely. I personally can't wait to start training there.
