Can anyone out there give me the Shooto Ranking System under Nakamura? I know that it starts with the level 1 shoot exam but from there on I don't know the exact progression. If you have the requirements for each level that would be great also. I know that someone else, if I'm not mistaken, had written something about this but now I can't find the post.
