Default UFC Georges St. Pierre vs Anderson Silva?

Not only did GSP beat BJ, but DOMINATED BJ. The worst BEATING of BJ's life. GSP easily passed BJ's guards(no one has done it that easy), outstrike BJ, made him forfeit to strikes, made him bleed, takedowns on BJ who has good takedown defense. GSP just gets better and better each fight and hes not even at his physical prime yet. My point is, if travis lutter could take down anderson silva. GSP will DEFINATELY be able to take down anderson silva. GSP has the BEST wrestling in mma, BEST takedowns and defence in mma, is the BEST athlete in mma, Blackbelt BJJ, and GREAT striking. GSP is the most well rounded mix martial artist in the UFC. If he puts all his abilities together I can see GSP giving Silva a tough time. Also, at 185, GSP won't have to cut as much, which would mean more muscles therefore makes him stronger. Anderson silva has never fought anyone of the calibur of GSP. I could see it right now, GSP ground and pound, which leads to the TKO. Tell me who do you think will win and why if they were to fight.

Thumbs up

Does anyone have a clip of this fight? I put my money on my boy GSP going in but I never expected it would be so one sided given Penn's trash talk. Wish I could have seen it...

Yea, GSP looked awesome against Penn. Penn looked fat and sloppy. But he did ok too. Penn shouldn't have moved up in weight.
I don't think GSP will be as great if he takes on the #1 guy in the weight class above him. Spider can hang with guys at 205. The power would be so much more from Spider. Yea, he could take him down, but he could also get stuffed and KO'd. It's not that easy to GNP Spider, or else you would have seen more guys do it. Can't see a lighter, smaller guy taking him out right now.
If guys of Spider's size and bigger than him can't seem to find a weakness I have trouble seeing a smaller guy do it.

I don't think GSP should do it, either, unless it's a non-sanctioned bout with the belt not on the line. If Anderson was to win, he'd most likely relinquish the belt rather than defend it at 170 and Dana being Dana would probably make GSP fight in a four man tourney to get the belt back.

Or have GSP and Silva fight for Silva's belt, just as GSP and Penn fought for GSP's belt. Seems kind of fair that the bigger man should be the one putting his belt on the line.

What does fairness have to do with the UFC? I didn't think the fight between Randy and Brock was fair with the size and weight difference. With Dana, it's all about money.

Maybe the UFC could create a flyweight division at 130 and then arrange a tag-team match of two flyweights against Brock Lesnar. It would prove or disprove once and for all the effectiveness of MMA against multiple opponents
