There should be new forum moderators

I've been looking at the forum at http://www.intheguard.com/ for about two weeks now and can safely say that it is better then this one. While there is a lot of good information here, it just can't compare with theirs. I think the thing that sets theirs apart from ours, is the forum moderators. Not only are the moderators people who monitor the site, but also they are respected posters themselves. Also, they don't just a have a few moderators who are on now and then, they have four moderators, so there's bound to be at least one on at all times.

I think this forum should be like that. It would, I believe, cut down significantly on the troll population and subsequently on meaningless posts. The troll creature, such as duchman, thrives on attention and once its posts are deleted, it can no longer survive.

I think Tim and Goddess should hire a few good people to help upkeep this message board. Ryu, Mr. Miyagi and Dan Downard are names that come to my mind when thinking of people for such a task. It wouldn't be hard to pick out some people to help, so I think it should be done.

It's just something to think about.

Actually, it's a sad day when we need moderators to keep out the trolls.

I agree that this forum can benefit form tightening of the leash of sorts, especiall in terms of disrespect. But I don't know if differen't moderaters are necessary as long as these basic guidelines are observed.
