Hi Alvis!

Man that seminar was a blast!

I'm still re-writing my notes. Those progressions he showed were ultimate cool. It feels so cool to catch one of your training partners with something they've never seen before and have them cry out ... "What the hell was THAT?!?"

I just got the pictures back today. I will post some as soon as I get them scanned, perhaps this evening.

It was a great seminar! Carlos is a great teacher and taught a lot of great material.

John - I won't be making the trip to LA, my ribs are too messed up. I'm pretty bummed about it but we're going to go soon.
