BJJ competitors wanted......winner receives $500.

The Houston BJJ & Grappling Invitational will host a special 8 man bracket with the winner receiving $500. It will be regular BJJ rules, no weight class. We have 3 openings remaining. We will select the top competitors from each team.

The tournament will be June 30th in Houston and will have a regular BJJ division and a no gi grappling division. Absolute winners of these divisions will receive a HCK kimono and a HCK NHB fighting shirt. You can obtain more information and print entry forms for the tournament at our websight www.pabjj.com.

Everybody knows who Carlos' warrior is.....
Since this is a Gi competition, is there really anybody in
this corner of the world that can beat him?

Maybe Estafia(sp). Who else?

I'm not trying to disrespect anybody, I'm just curious.

I can pretty much guarentee that Esfiha wont be fighting. Well, in the 8-man tournament that is.......

If everyone stays healthy, the 8 man bracket will provide some great fights. I spoke to Travis a couple of days ago and he is battling an illness but said he will compete if the antibiotics work. Esfiha plans to compete but has not been able to train due to an injury...he is still planning to fight. Two guys may be flying in from out of state, we will know in a couple of days. Orlando Waugh will fight. One of Frank Triggs guys will fight. There are 3 other good fighters who I have not mentioned. We will choose the top 8 candidates........I will announce the bracket once everyone is confirmed. Should be a great tournament! See you there!!
