has anyone seen the video circling the net of the kickboxing match where the guy breaks his leg executing a kick? that has to be the nastiest injury I could possibly imagine. it is so graphic and disgusting. OUCH!

I didn't see the kickboxing video, but I would say the worst, absolutely worst leg injury was Redskin's QB Joe Theisman's shin snap on national TV.

The second worse was Jason De Lucia's knee injury in the UFC, when his knee went down side ways.

It's good to see that he's rehabbed and is now competing again.

honestly, this is probably worse than the football incident, as the kickboxer is in shorts, making it easy to see it happen. ouch, hurts just thinking about it. drop your email if you want to see it.
