Oh and Bill Lewis's review states that it contains lots of kneebars and ankle submissions but neglects to mention whether it has the typical BJJ armbars and chokes. Does anyone know ? I'd like an update.

People on the underground usually have better replys. Also check out the MMA Product Reviews on there also. There are a select few keeping this forum alive. And I am one of them. Bow to me
