Shimora will become famous soon enough
Default Just tried out my Bubba Grappling Dummy

It works great. Just sit it next to you in the mornings and you can use the transit lane on the freeway.

We are going to the Drive-In tonite. I'll give a full review tomorrow.

Just one comment after watching Tito fight (and I'm putting this on the other thread, too). A great way to practice Ground and Pound is with Bubba. Tie his ankles together for a tight guard,
climb through and pound away. You can interlock his fingers, too, to make it more difficult to get to his face. Time yourself at 2 or 3 minute rounds to start, and wear gloves if that is what you'll be competing with. You will find that it is a very effective and tiring workout.
