I know the games are different but how come we dog BJJ players for doing the same as Wrestlers?I know its considerd a "smart tatic" in wrestling once somebody is ahead on points then just play defense. But when somebody in BJJ does that it is critisized.I know in BJJ there are more ways to than on points but it seems we are letting wrestlers off the hook.

I agree with EJ, I think its ok if you win on points as long as you got them while attempting to submit. I always practice on points but when I hit the mat in a tourney I always go for a sub. I don't like to see people go out and just try to win on points. Besides the point system is set up to where if you are going for subs you should pick up the points as you go.
