since the forum has been down, I am not sure how many will read this but I am going down south and wondered if anyone trains in San Diego, that reads the board.
I am contemplating on going to Fabio, Rodrigo or Roy Harris's school. Let me know. thanks |

I decided to stay within the Carlson Gracie team and went to Rodrigo Mederios'school in Pacific Beach.
The class only had six of us, so it seemed like a semi private class. Jr., a purple belt led the cardio and stretching, then Prof. Mederios came in to teach guides us in drills and techniques. It was a very good class. Pacific Beach is a suburb of San Diego. If you've never been to this beautiful coastal city, you should go check it out. Looks like a college town with people in the late teens to early 20's hanging out all over the place. Lots of great restaurants and bars. My next goal is to check out Fabio's and Roy's school. Maybe soon. |
