Realistic Training in Central Florida?
Are there any schools or even just training groups, preferably in Lakeland but I'm willing to go to Tampa or Orlando, that train semi-realistic with both gi and no-gi and some level of at least light striking on occasion? Any legitimate leads would be appreciated. Thanks.
