![]() | Cool... ![]() I usually try to get down, daily; for 50-75 pushups/situps. A small amount of free wieghts, only on my arms and shoulders and a brief run or walk along the beach, or surrounding National Parks. Feels good, but i know its not nearly enough. I know some people think that its mental this, mental that, but what ive found through experience is, that at the end of the day, if the muscle isn't there it cant be called upon in any situation... no matter how much posotive thinking you choose to lend it. Dont get me wrong, i'm not attempting to defile teachings that include lots of mental diciplins, the more posotive you are towards your encounters, the better. What I am telling you, is from something I learnt on the wrong side of an extendable batton ![]() Yours in trapping the lead, WierdNinja
