I saw Pride 15

Well guys, less than a week left in Japan so I guess this is my last bit of Japanese related work for you.

I went to see it at a sports bar with some guys from the dojo but got there late and missed the first two fights.

I don't know who one the first fight or who even fought in it. Wallid one his by choking the guy (Oyama?) out. Too bad I missed that.

Satake went the distance with Igor and lost a decision. Matsui got smacked down by Braga. Braga even kicked him out of the ring at one point. He lost a decision and was really pissed. Refused to even shake hands with Braga after the fight. He obviously lost so he was just being a cry baby. Or maybe he was pissed about purposely being kicked of the ring. When it happened he was tied up in the ropes and Braga ran across the ring and kicked him the rest of the way out. No accident there. Actuallly thought he'd get DQed for that.

Saku won by rear naked but he got slammed around big time. Jackson is a strong dude. Saku had him in a triangle and Jackson stood up and slammed him around until he let go. Same with the arm bar. Jackson even tried to drop him out of the ring. But he tapped in the first round.

Minatauro showed real jiu-jitsu. Swept Big Daddy from the half guard. It went back to standing. Then back to the ground. Minatauro them almost got an Omo plata. But Gary muscled out so Minatauro switched to a Triangle and tapped him out. Beautiful. After that he challenged Coleman for next time and Coleman accepted, appologizing for not being able to fight.

Ishizawa pretty much schooled Ryan. He took him down three time and landed in side control. The last time it looked like Ryan broke a rib and had to quit. Not really sure though. It was dissapointing.
