I was in his normal BJJ tourney a few weeks ago, and I don't know if this is normal for tourneys (it was my first) but it was VERY disorganized. I lost in the semi-finals so I assumed I was supposed to fight for third. Then they told me there would be no third place fight and a week later I see the results posted up and there's a third place and they gave it to the other guy. Not to mention they made me move up in weight and they didn't get my money from PayPal at the door. Not only that, but the refs, WHILE refereeing our matches would be coaching the kids from the Machado school that were fighting on the mat next to us. I also saw a ref coach one of the kids while he was refereeing the match he was fighting in!

All in all though, it was great though. I'd do this one but I'm too comfortable in a gi to do a No Gi tourney
